Virtual Sessions
Due to the current pandemic, I am offering virtual personal training session via Zoom.
Outdoor Sessions
For those without any exercise equipment or space I offer masked outdoor sessions and provide all necessary exercise equipment
Fitness Assessment
So that we can easily track your progress, your first session will include an assessment of your body composition as well as movement screening. This screening allows us to identify any asymmetries or function limitations you may have while performing basic movement patterns.
Exercise Program Design
Based on your fitness goals, preferences, and the results of your fitness assessment, I will design an individually tailored fitness program for you that is safe and effective.
Lifestyle Guidance
Health and fitness is not just about exercising. As a lifestyle coach I will help you address all other aspects of your life that contribute to overall wellness Things such as sleep patterns, stress levels, hydration, and mental and emotional health are all important elements that effect your overall well being.
Exercise Coaching
Once your fitness program is created I will teach you the proper way to perform each of the exercises making sure that you have ideal posture and body mechanics to avoid injury and get maximum results.
Grocery Shopping Guidance
No matter how good your workouts are, you won't see results if you're not eating healthy foods. As your personal trainer I will provide nutritional guidance and help you to make better decisions at the grocery store
Nutrition Counseling
Part of eating healthy is learning how to read food labels and determining which ingredients you should avoid as well as those that are beneficial to you.
